Beginner’s Boot Camp
Beginner’s Boot Camp is a taste of Boot Camp suitable for someone who has not exercised for quite a while, is very unfit, or would like to experience Boot Camp in a slightly less intensive but still challenging environment.
Beginner’s Boot Camp is held twice a week for four weeks (8 sessions)
Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7.15 – 8.15am.
The cost of Beginner’s Boot Camp is $159 for your first package and $139 for subsequent Beginner’s Boot Camp packages.
