Boot Camp is a fantastic way to improve strength and fitness and achieve weight loss and muscle tone. Boot Camp is held rain, hail or shine and is a great way to challenge yourself and work harder than you ever imagined you could.

We do so many different things but a session may include running, skipping, jumping, push ups, sit ups, boxing, games and Boot Camp drills.

Boot Camp courses change each session so you will not do the same thing at every Boot Camp and you won’t get bored. Activities are moderated to fitness levels by our instructors who are qualified personal trainers – this ensures that each Boot Camper, no matter how fit, works hard.

Body to Burn Boot Camp is safe and effective, your qualified personal trainer will closely monitor your progress to ensure that your Boot Camp experience is safe and rewarding.No matter what activity you are doing you will work hard, push yourself and improve, which is a really satisfying way to exercise!

Boot Camp includes:

We run three morning and three evening sessions each week. Throughout the 4 week program you can attend unlimited sessions each week.
