What I like about the Boot Camp:
- The view
- Different routine every time
- Fresh air
- The time. As a mum of three kids and full time job, I can only ‘escape’ early mornings
- There’s motivation to turn up and go as hard as you need to, to keep up pace with everyone else
- Having an instructor. Better than trying to self motivate in a gym
At the end of the four weeks I felt energised and mentally alert plus the bonus of a few inches off!
I’ve done 3 bootcamps now, that’s 12 weeks of pounding the paths of Commonwealth Park, and I’ve never felt better. My overall fitness has improved dramatically and I even look forward to the lunch time sessions. Going back to work after being out in the fresh air is nearly a pleasure!
I’d recommend Boot Camp to anyone.

When I signed up for the lunchtime Boot Camp I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I found was a fun and supportive group of people, and various challenges that ensured you never got bored or slacked off!
Bernie is a very professional instructor and made sure that everyone was catered for and encouraged. I am now signing up for another one in a couple of weeks time…glutton for punishment!
