What I like about the Boot Camp:
  1. The view
  2. Different routine every time
  3. Fresh air
  4. The time. As a mum of three kids and full time job, I can only ‘escape’ early mornings
  5. There’s motivation to turn up and go as hard as you need to, to keep up pace with everyone else
  6. Having an instructor. Better than trying to self motivate in a gym

At the end of the four weeks I felt energised and mentally alert plus the bonus of a few inches off!

I’ve done 3 bootcamps now, that’s 12 weeks of pounding the paths of Commonwealth Park, and I’ve never felt better. My overall fitness has improved dramatically and I even look forward to the lunch time sessions. Going back to work after being out in the fresh air is nearly a pleasure!

I’d recommend Boot Camp to anyone.

When I signed up for the lunchtime Boot Camp I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I found was a fun and supportive group of people, and various challenges that ensured you never got bored or slacked off!

Bernie is a very professional instructor and made sure that everyone was catered for and encouraged. I am now signing up for another one in a couple of weeks time…glutton for punishment!
