Located in the City at 7 London Circuit it is designed to ensure our clients get the most out of each personal training session. Perfect for rainy days and winter mornings the studio is fully equipped and luxuriously appointed.

Personal Training is available in a variety of packages ranging from the introductory PT, is it for me? package to the 6 week intensive Shape Up package and our personal training which is formulated in 12 week packages to ensure you have enough time with us to see some great results.


Individual sessions are focused on your goals and achieving your results. We start with a fitness assessment and goal planning session, this will incorporate some activity too but it is the perfect forum to discuss what you aim to achieve from your training and negotiate the best way for you to succeed.


At Body to Burn we know from experience that clients needs differ enormously so nothing is assumed and everything is personal. In short it is all about you.

This is a great package if you would like to try Personal Training with Body to Burn and see how much you like it before you purchase a 3 month package.

Cost $169.00

Includes:
- 2 x 1 hour personal training sessions
- Fitness assessment and goal setting
- Nutritional guidance
- Weekly individual exercise plans

Conditions: only one per person, must be used in no longer than 2 consecutive weeks.

Body to Burn package is our most popular Personal Training package. It includes all of the services you need to help you achieve results and the services that make us Canberra’s premier personal trainers

- One hour personal training sessions
