Are you looking for something short and sweet to kick start your 2012 health and fitness goals? Look no further than our Shape Up Package! This package is designed to show you how much you can improve your health and fitness in just 6 weeks.
For less that $115 per week, each week you will receive 3 hours of training:
- a personal training session (1 hour) with one of the expert Body to Burn trainers in the Body to Burn personal training studio in the City (pictured),
- two small group training sessions (1 hour each) held at Lake Burley Griffin,
- thorough goal planning,
- a comprehensive fitness assessment, and
- nutritional guidance to compliment your training and enhance your results.
